After graduating from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, Jason Gardner recieved his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law (2004).  Jason went on to work for the Colorado State Public Defender's Office for over 6 years. While at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office in Denver, Jason gained extensive misdemeanor and felony litigation experience.   Jason Gardner's extensive trial experience includes 1st degree murder, attempted murder, sexual assault, first degree assault, second degree assault, third degree assault, burglary, aggravated robbery, theft, economic crimes, habitual criminal charges, DUI, and child abuse just to name a few.    Jason Gardner is an aggressive litigator who prepares every case as if it were going to trial.  Jason thoroughly investigates every case and engages in a comprehensive motions practice.  Jason's goal as an aggressive litigator is to ensure that his clients will recieve the very best representation either at trial or through plea negotiations.  Jason recognizes that not every case will go to trial.  As a result, Jason has built a reputation as an aggressive litigator who gets the very best plea deals for his clients.     While working in the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, Jason was extensively involved in training and education of young lawyers.  His responsibilities included setting up the education and training curriculum for junior  attorneys and student interns. He conducted seminars on how to properly investigate criminal cases. As Co-Intern Coordinator, his responsibilities included daily involvement in the training and education of student interns, setting up intern training curriculum, supervising interns in court, writing reviews for students who receive school credit, and recommending student interns for job placement within the Colorado State Public Defender system.  Jason Gardner not only brings his extensive trial experience with him to JGardner Law, P.C., he brings with him a sincere passion for representing the accused.  Jason recognizes the stress that the criminal justice system places on the accused. As a result, Jason prides himself on ensuring positive attorney-client relationships, one on one attention and constant availability.
