Thomas Weidner is a trial lawyer, attorney and former prosecutor in Charlottesville with 21 years of experience in the courtroom handling major criminal and injury cases in state and federal court. He served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for ten years in the City of Waynesboro and was repeatedly appointed as a special prosecutor in Orange County, Lexington, Staunton, and Buena Vista.
