The Law Office of Medina & Hargrave, LLP is the San Diego law firm. Born, raised, and educated in San Diego, our partners Anthony M. Medina and Kyle L.H. Hargrave represent clients ardently and with compassion. As a matter of principle they are dedicated to serving the community that has helped shape their lives. When we say that the Law Office of Medina & Hargrave, LLP is focused on community service, we mean it. The Access to Law Initiative is a project designed to bring free or low cost legal services to various segments of our community that presently do not have access to quality legal services. You might say it is an implementation of the adage of "Doing Well by Doing Good." The expectation is that the participating attorneys will serve a broad base of deserving and diverse clients, gain invaluable expertise, and make contacts that will lead to viable practice based on a foundation of community service. A core principle of the program is to focus on career satisfaction and not just creating an economically viable practice. Each participating law office provides space where solo practitioners and small firms can be together and support each other like lawyers in a large commercial firm might do. Attorneys who eventually leave the program after developing their practices continue to mentor new entrants to the program, building a network of community advocates.As participants in the Access to Law Initiative, the Law Office of Medina & Hargrave, LLP seeks to exponentially increase access to legal services for low and moderate income people and entities. Our Partners, Anthony M. Medina and Kyle L.H. Hargrave, have committed to perform at least 200 hours of pro bono, low bono and public service work. These cases are obtained via referrals from various community organizations, local courts, and government agencies in order to identify qualifying clients. With over thirteen participating attorneys (whose practice areas range from Criminal Defense, Employment Law, Immigration Law, and Consumer Protection Law) and two Downtown San Diego Locations (Symphony Towers and 945 Fourth Avenue) the Access to Law Initiative is creating a greater access to justice in San Diego and the Law Office of Medina & Hargrave, LLP is proud to call itself a member.
