The State Attorney 14th Circuit serves as a prosecutor and representative in legal cases for the victims of crimes, as well as provides various victims services and resources. It offers services in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington counties in Florida. The state attorney supports Communities Against Senior Exploitation (C.A.S.E.), which is a faith-based program for elder fraud prevention, victim support, and crime detection and reporting. The State Attorney 14th Circuit maintains a misdemeanor division that prosecutes the violations of criminal traffic laws and criminal violations of county and municipal ordinances.
