Attorney Edward Olexa and Michael Casari work closely with all of his clients to make sure every case receives the attention it deserves. Attorney Edward Olexa has been a defender of those who find themselves on the wrong side of a criminal accusation for years and has represented thousands of individuals accused of crimes. Attorney Olexa has represented everyone from doctors to other lawyers to police officers, but he is most proud of his representation of the average citizen who has been overcharged or wrongfully accused. Throughout his career, Attorney Olexa has achevied acquittals or dismissals on a multitude of crimes including Rape, Arson, Aggravated Assault, Failure to Register, Possession With Intent to Deliver Drugs, Sexual Abuse of Children, Obstruction of Justice and DUI. A former Assistant District Attorney in Luzerne County, Attorney Olexa is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and he also received his Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Michael Casari joined Olexa Law Offices in 2016. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton, earning a B.A. in History. He went on to graduate from the Widener University School of Law. While in law school he received numerous accolades for his academic performance and graduated in the top third of his class. Prior to joining Olexa Law Offices, Attorney Casari clerked for the Honorable Correale F. Stevens at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is also licensed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Casari concentrates his practice in the area of civil law and litigation, including family law, wills & estates, labor law, worker's compensation and elder law. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
