Nicholson Jennifer S Atty

Jennifer S. Nicholson is a London, Kentucky native who has practiced law for fourteen years.  She graduated with honors from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1996 and first practiced law in Hazard, Kentucky.  She returned to her native town in 1998 and started her own private practice in London in 1999. Her practice is varied and she has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts.  She has also practiced in both State and Federal Appeals Courts and has acted in the past as an Administrative Law Judge and Child Advocate for the Department of Juvenile Justice. She doesn't limit her practice and does accept cases in the areas of Domestic Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. She also has a background in Real Estate Law which predates her becoming a lawyer.  She was a Real Estate Paralegal for several years before entering law school. She has also taught college courses at EKU and Somerset Community College and served as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Ethics Committee for several years.   She and her office staff are dedicated to treating all clients with respect and compassion and ensuring that they are given a realistic view of their case.
