Kuenzel Law P.A. was founded as Diane V. Kuenzel, P.A. in 1991 by Diane V. Kuenzel, Esq. Since then, Diane has helped countless clients solve their legal problems. Prior to starting the law firm, Diane worked for firms in the New Port Richey area for a period of 5 years, handling their litigation. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Bar Counsel for The Florida Bar for 5 years, handling disbarments, suspensions and other disciplinary proceedings regarding attorneys who violated the Professional Code of Conduct. Diane has over 30 years of experience working as an attorney. She specializes in estate planning, real estate, and business law. Diane graduated from the Stetson College of Law in 1983.When she is not working, Diane enjoys taking an active role in her community. She is an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Land O Lakes, serving as a teacher and as Chair of the Leadership Board. Diane served on the Suncoast Harvest Food Bank Board for 19 years and as Board President for several years. During her leisure time she enjoys a good book or a movie, spending time with her granddaughter, and sitting by the lake to watch a sunset.Calvin Kuenzel, Esq., graduated from Stetson College of Law in 2013. After law school, he joined the firm Diane V. Kuenzel, P.A., and the name was changed to Kuenzel Law, P.A. During law school, Calvin interned for a circuit court judge and the Rookery Bay Preserve, and also volunteered for Gulf Coast Legal Services. When he is not working, Calvin enjoys fishing all over the Tampa Bay area. He also enjoys spending time with friends and meeting new people in the community.
