Throughout his legal career, Mr. Bergman has excelled at establishing a high level of trust with his clients by demonstrating his commitment to achieving the best results in the most efficient and cost effective manner. In addition to being an aggressive litigator when necessary for the case dynamic, Mr. Bergman has championed sophisticated forms of alternative dispute resolution, including collaborative law techniques and mediation. Having actively served on the Maryland State Bar Association Family and Juvenile Section Council for twelve years, he has further distinguished himself by serving as their liaison to the MSBA Board of Governors for 2014-15. In the 2014 Maryland Legislative Session, Mr. Bergman spearheaded a four-year major statewide testimonial and lobbying effort before the Senate and House of Delegates' Judicial Proceedings and Rules Committees to effectuate the enactment of the Maryland Uniform Collaborative Law Act.
