Angelina County Adult Probation provides a variety of services, and is located in Lufkin, Texas. The primary service is community supervision, through the lawful practice of the placement of a defendant by a court under a continuum of programs and sanctions, with conditions imposed by the court for a specified period of time. It promotes public safety and lawful behavior by taking care of such defendants. In addition to paying a part of the cost of incarceration, offenders are required to pay court costs, fines, attorney fees, and restitution to the victims of their crimes.
