Laura Solinger has dedicated herself exclusively to the practice of criminal defense since her graduation from Northeastern University School of Law and admission to the Bar in 1991 - first in New York City and, starting in 2002, in Suffolk County. Ms. Solinger is a passionate advocate, listening carefully to her clients and committing to each case the amount of time and attention necessary to do the best job possible. She is a tenacious negotiator and a passionate courtroom litigator, having conducted numerous misdemeanor and felony trials in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Suffolk Counties, often to straight acquittals. Ms. Solinger also handles appeals of convictions in both State and Federal court. Laura Solinger is a member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York State Defenders Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
