Attorney Schen Parnell (pronounced "Shane") is the former lead trial attorney for one of the busiest DUI defense law firms in Washington state. Over the past 13 years, he has tried hundreds of cases and has spoken at DUI seminars for Washington criminal defense attorneys.Schen Parnell is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL).
