Carl Henry Franklin is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business in 1990. Upon graduation from the Southern University School of Law in 1984, Carl entered the practice of law in 1985. He initially concentrated in criminal defense, real estate and torts.
