Donald Arnold has been practicing law in Bel Air since 1986. Mr. Arnold is authorized to practice in all state, federal trial and appeals courts in Maryland. He is a graduate of the U. of Maryland Law School, with honors, 1986. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar and became authorized to practice law in all Maryland State courts 1986, U.S. District Court of Maryland(Federal) 1987, U.S. Fourth Circuit Court(Maryland) 1991 and the U.S. Supreme Court 1993. He is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Assoc., Maryland State Bar Assoc. and Harford County Bar Assoc.
